contractor to execute the construction of our projects.
Each job is meticulously bid and construction documents
secured. We are actively involved on a daily basis with
the general contractor and every attention is given to
detail, safety, schedules and quality.
Leasing – Great American Capital has
dedicated in-house leasing agents responsible for
pre-leasing the majority of our development space.
Repeat tenants from completed job sites are often
waiting in the wings for these new projects to come
on-line. New tenants are secured during the shell
construction so that tenant improvements can begin
Property Management –
Due to our commitment to quality, GAC maintains a higher
than average occupancy rate in all of its centers.
Tenant turnover is much lower than in competing
properties throughout Nevada, Arizona, and Southern California.
